Sales Rewired | Green Bay Innovation Group

Thank you for joining us.

Here are the prompts from GBIG’s session, Sales Rewired: Turn AI into a Competitive Advantage by Bill Koehne, one for each level of the AI Ladder. Copy a prompt, paste it into Claude (or your AI tool of choice), and replace everything in [brackets] with your own information.

Before you start: Levels 1, 2 and 4 ask AI to read a live website. Make sure web search is turned on in your AI tool, or it may guess instead of looking.

1

LEVEL 1

AI as a Tool

Who controls your website? Find out where your website assets actually live.

Look up [domain.com]. In plain English, tell me: where the domain is registered and when it expires, where the website is hosted, what platform it's built on, and who appears to manage it. Flag anything you couldn't confirm.

Tip: The last sentence keeps AI honest. It’s a good habit to add to any research prompt.

2

LEVEL 2

AI as a Researcher

What is your website really telling people?

Analyze the page at [URL]. List the 15 most-used meaningful words and phrases (skip common words like "the" and "and") with counts and percentages. Then show the page title, meta description, headings, and any images missing alt text. In plain English: what does this page appear to be about, and does that match what we want to be found for: [your products/services]?

LEVEL 3

AI as a Personal Assistant

Turn your findings into first drafts. Use your Level 2 results. If the words aren’t the ones you want to rank for, correct them here.

Here's what my homepage currently says: [paste Level 2 results]
The keywords and phrases we want to rank for: [list them]
The five questions customers ask us most: [list them]
A sample of how we write: [paste a paragraph]

Draft a new page title (under 60 characters) and meta description (under 155 characters) using our target keywords, plus a short FAQ section answering those questions in our voice. Use the keywords naturally. No keyword stuffing. No em dashes.

Tip: AI gets you most of the way there. Edit the draft so it sounds like you before it goes on your site.

4

LEVEL 4

AI as a Coworker

The full keyword analysis. Build the prompt like a sandwich: who AI is, the jobs to do, and what you want back.

You are an SEO analyst. Research the homepage of [company name] at [website URL]. Read the page yourself, including the page title, meta description, headings, image alt tags, and visible text. Then do the following:

1. KEYWORD DENSITY
- Only count words a visitor or Google would actually read (ignore text that exists only inside an image).
- Remove common stopwords (the, and, of, to, a, is, etc.) and filler words (we, our, who, best) before counting.
- For each target keyword, report:
  - Times it appears in the text
  - Density = (times it appears) ÷ (total word count after removing stopwords)

2. KEYWORD PLACEMENT
For each target keyword, report Yes or No:
- Does it appear in the page Title?
- Does it appear in the Meta Description?
- Does it appear in any image Alt tag?
Note: alt tag matches are informational only. Do not add them to the Times or Density counts.

3. WHAT THE PAGE IS REALLY SAYING
List the 10 most-used words or phrases on the page that are NOT in my target keywords, with counts.

4. OUTPUT
Give me a simple table: Keyword | Times | Density % | In Title? | In Meta Description? | In Alt Tags?
Then a second short table for step 3.

My target keywords are: [list keywords, or write "suggest 10 based on what this company sells"]

Tip: Review the table. If filler words still show up, tell AI to leave them out and run it again. Because stopwords are removed, these density numbers will run higher than most SEO tools report.

5

LEVEL 5

AI as a Digital Employee

Build your follow-up ledger. A hands-on taste of Level 5, with no systems to connect.

Here are my notes from this week's calls and emails: [paste notes or attach a spreadsheet]

Build a follow-up ledger with these columns: contact, company, what they asked for, next step, who on our team should own it, and due date. Then draft the three most urgent follow-up emails for my review.

Tip: AI recommends. You approve and send.
