Online meetings are a great way to conduct business without a large disruption to your day. At Packerland Websites we believe that your time is valuable and anything that we can do to keep your life easier we’ll try to do.

Simply click on the join link in your meeting below or call in on any phone with the phone number supplied and enter in the passcode supplied. Once that has been successfully entered you may be asked to give your name. That will announce you when you enter the meeting so you don’t have to verbally say anything when entering. Your camera and microphone will NOT be active when joining a meeting so please ensure to enable both at the bottom of your screen if you are joining via computer/smartphone/tablet.

Check to make sure you are not muted for speaking and screen are on. If in a larger group meeting, new ZOOM etiquette sometimes requests that you are muted during the meeting accept when an agenda item applies to reduce feedback and background noises. There is a chat bot for asking questions, sharing links or comments without interrupting the speaker as well.
