Joan is a college graduate who earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an Associate degree in social media marketing at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Green Bay. Upon her graduation in May 2017, she was named Marketing Student of the Year at NWTC.
